FISHING IN IDAHO PONDS

Destination: Horseshoe Bend, Idaho / Activity: Tenkara fishing / Distance from Boise: 45 minutes

Growing up in a small country town in Idaho, we spent a lot of time outdoors. It has really shaped who we are today, as avid outdoor enthusiasts who love to camp, ski, four-wheel, and get dirty doing anything in between. We just love to be outside. 

While visiting home, we took the van up the mountain and stopped to fish for some tiny blue gill fishies. They're not super intelligent so it doesn't take much to snag one, and we always release them back to join the rest of their fishy friends. Nothing like an ego boost than an easy catch!
