For those of you sad to see the leaves changing colors and feel the air getting crisper, might I suggest that you take a road trip to say farewell to summer? It will make you feel new again. Not to mention, you'll finally get to say you had that epic summer road trip with your favorite tunes on repeat.
Destination: Big Sur, California / VW Bus: c/o Vintage Surfari Wagons / Miles Traveled: Approx. 800
Since I live in California we made our trip up the PCH quite epic by stopping just about anywhere we pleased. Some of our favorite camp spots are Morro Bay, Montaña de Oro and the infamous Big Sur. We parked the bus and popped the top and called each site home for a night. Vans with no plans is really the way to go when it comes to trips like these.
