It's spring break, who's in Las Vegas? We recently made a trip to Vegas for the fashion trade show and we loved exploring what the strip has to offer. We finally made it to Serendipity for their infamous frozen hot chocolate, did some shopping, ate at the best restaurant of all time--Max Brenner Chocolate restaurant (go there immediately), and finally we got some pictures by the retro Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign located on the southern end of the strip.
The 25 foot tall sign is a tourist attraction that marks the classic start of the Las Vegas strip. A small parking area is provided for you to stop and snap a few fun pictures worth keeping. Be sure to check out the backside of the sign as well. It's free, it's a landmark, and it's sort of the Eiffel Tower of Vegas. Cool stop just to say you did it!
