We're KA-BOBBIN' it today!
This is so easy and super yummy.
If you have a BBQ out back that you're dying to fire up,
let this be your christening meal.
This recipe is perfect for two people.
But the kabobs won't fill you up, so pair it
with a steak patty like we did and it will not disappoint!
Ingredients:
- 1 white onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 potato
- Some olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Basil
- Crushed red pepper
- Whatever seasoning tickles your fancy
- Some skewers
- A BBQ, duh
Directions:
- Wash the vegetables
- Dice 'em up!
- Roll 'em around in the olive oil
- Season to taste
- Put 'em on a skewer
- Fire up the BBQ and grill!
Easy as cheese. Literally.
Basically, you can't go wrong with a kabob. This thing was so good I ate it in record time. Unlike the saying, "my eyes are bigger than my stomach," things have changed. My stomach can definitely fit it if I want it too. Kabobbin' it is just the way to go, and doing it whilst sitting on a porch is even better.
This looks delish!

ReplyDeleteYum! I like to make kebobs with tempeh to eat over rice. But you really can't go wrong with a kebob, can you?
ReplyDeleteKabobs are so perfect for Josh's and my Airstream adventure. Dinner is kabobs and corn-on-the-cob multiple nights a week around here!
