When you're traveling in Central America, you HAVE to look for choco banano (chocolate banana) stands! They are easy to find, and insanely delicious costing only about a couple quarters. We found this little joint in the beautiful beach town San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. The banana is frozen and dipped in chocolate, so it's the perfect refreshing treat with just the right amount of fruit to feel fresh and chocolate for your afternoon pick-me-up. I could live on these things.
OMG I would so LOVE this! Banana is probably one of my favorite snacks. In India I ate like 10 small bananas everyday (for 15 days). You just can't go wrong with a banana - and especially not with one covered in chocolate. Gotta try it one day!
