Megan and I were really craving some pizza. We were hungry bears (as Lisa would say) and when we walked through the casino and stumbled upon this place we knew we hit the jack pot. We waltzed in like we owned the place and perused the menu and tried not to fall over dead from hunger and anxiety to shove pizza down our throats.
The awesome thing about Project Pie is you can order straight from the menu or build your own (see samples here!) and it's very affordable ($$). The people were so dang nice, we all laughed and talked about how much we love pizza and the service was quick. Overall, it was a fun dining experience and we left full and happy. They even do gluten free pizza, and you have all kinds of choices for what sauces to do and toppings to choose. To top it off they even offer sweet crepes to stay a while longer or grab on your way out. We give Project Pie three thumbs up (one for each of us, of course)! Literally still drooling over it.
